Pear with ginger, honey and walnuts (oh my!)

350 degrees 30 min Ingredients: 2 Ripe Pears ¼ Cup Walnuts ¼ Cup Honey 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon (optional) ½ tsp ginger (optional) Cut pears in half lengthwise Scoop out seeds. Orange Root Soup Serves 4-6 Ingredients 3 tbsp vegetable oil 1 medium onion, peeled and diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 1-inch piece ginger, peeled and minced 4 tsp Warming Spice Blend 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and chopped into a 1-inch dice ½ butternut squash, peeled, seeded and chopped into a 1-inch dice 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped into 1-inch pieces 2/3 cup red lentils 1 tsp salt juice of ½ lemon ¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted Method 1.
